Email response: we aim to reply within one business day (Monday to Friday, ET).

Election periods: we monitor email more closely and prioritise urgent campaign-blocking issues.

We’re a small team. We don’t currently run a 24/7 phone hotline or a real-time status page — we’re honest about that rather than promising SLAs we can’t back up.

Election Day Emergency Support

If your campaign needs higher-touch coverage for a specific election day — guaranteed response windows, on-call contact, dry-run support — email us ahead of writ and we’ll work out an arrangement. We don’t offer a public emergency hotline today; we’d rather be honest than oversell.
